Tameiko Brownlee

Tameiko brings more than 15 years of customer service expertise across the transit, healthcare, fintech, and telecommunications industries. Throughout her career, she has developed into a skilled customer service professional with a passion for creating meaningful, people-centered experiences.
A Chicago native, Tameiko serves as the ADA Paratransit CSR Trainer and Liaison for the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA). She also designed and built the organization's customer service training program, including its curriculum, practicums, and training modules, from the ground up.
As the parent of a child with disabilities, Tameiko brings firsthand experience navigating care coordination and support systems to her work with KEEN's Parents Committee. She is passionate about advocating for families and ensuring children and young adults with disabilities have access to the resources, opportunities, and community they deserve.
