Programs

All of KEEN's programs are based on a single principle: pair a trained volunteer with an athlete and let them discover together how much they can do. Programs are all open and unstructured, providing all of our Athletes the opportunity to have fun and be successful. KEEN programs are open to all youth ages 5-21 with physical or developmental disabilities. Certain programs are for select age groups only.

 We have modified our program due to COVID-19, and have some limited in-person outdoor options as well as virtual programming. Although currently, for reasons of safety, we can not provide 1:1 for our Athletes we aim to create spaces where our Athletes are welcomed, accepted, and able to participate. Descriptions of our fall programs are below. For specific dates and times, please check the Current Schedule. Due to the challenges of the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, we are releasing our schedule one month at a time.
 

 

During our bi-weekly KEEN Chicago Online programming, athletes participate in a variety of art, music, and exercise activities to keep them connected while we are not able to meet as often as we were before.
