Monil Gandhi
Board of Directors
Monil Gandhi joined KEEN Chicago's Board of Directors in 2026. He is an entrepreneur and investor with experience across varied industries and growth stages. He brings an engineering mindset and genuine curiosity to every organizational challenge he encounters. He holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing and Design Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
As an individual with Muscular Dystrophy, Monil recognizes firsthand the importance of sports in promoting physical and emotional wellness for children affected by disabilities. He is proud to support KEEN in providing safe, inclusive opportunities for young athletes to participate in sports and other activities they are passionate about.
In his free time, Monil loves to explore Chicago and travel to new cities with his wife and active young sons.
