Lily Montgomery

Lily is a Plant Manager for Olin Corporation, an American manufacturer of ammunition, chlorine, and sodium hydroxide. In this role, Lily leads her plant in the production of bleach and the terminal operations for wide variety of other chemicals. Before Olin, Lily worked in manufacturing facilities across the U.S. for Crane Composites and James Hardie Building Products. Outside of work, Lily loves to go hiking with her husband Ron and dog Cooper. She also loves to travel, exploring new places and cultures, always having a new trip on the horizon. 

Lily is currently an MBA candidate at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and earned a B.S. in Material Science and Engineering from North Carolina State University.
