Ashley Martin

Ashley has 10+ years of experience at Baxter Healthcare.  Starting in medical sales, her curiosity helped build relationships and influence.  Looking to be part of creating the strategy, she pivoted from sales into marketing.  Ashley is currently Associate Marketing Director at Baxter Healthcare, focused global product launches.  As a company, Baxter is committed to improving outcomes for patients, and helping partners meet the evolving challenges and opportunities in healthcare around the world.

Ashley earned a Master in Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and Marketing from Ohio University.

A mother to three energetic boys, Ashley tries to make everyday moments meaningful.  This led to the start of “Muffin Mondays,” a way to celebrate the new week.  She appreciates morning and evening routines, starting the day with a workout, and ending by reading bedtime stories with her family.
