Rachel Wise
Site Coordinator
Rachel joined KEEN as a Site Coordinator in November 2025. Prior to that, she volunteered for several years with a similar organization supporting kids with special needs and their families. With a background in the tech industry, she is now transitioning careers and pursuing medicine as a post-baccalaureate pre-medical student at Northwestern University, while also serving as an EMT. Rachel is passionate about promoting inclusivity in and outside of healthcare and creating equitable opportunities for all.
Having played sports most of her life despite a physical disability—a limb difference—Rachel deeply connects with KEEN’s mission. This experience fuels her commitment to fostering belonging through athletics. She played soccer and lacrosse growing up, and competitively swam through college. Currently, she enjoys running and looks forward to getting back in the pool someday. She is thrilled to bring this passion to KEEN and strengthen the community.
