Lizzie Schreier is a seasoned digital leader with over 20 years of experience driving innovation across industries including insurance, financial services, healthcare, retail, hospitality, and telecommunications. As Director of the Digital Engagement Group at Allstate, she leads the strategic direction for all consumer-facing web properties and digital engagement, including web content strategy, SEO, enterprise content development, online testing, digital accessibility, and emerging capabilities.
A creative problem solver and dynamic speaker, Lizzie is known for her ability to translate complex digital challenges into meaningful, human-centered experiences. She is a frequent presenter at national conferences on topics such as innovation, content marketing, online accessibility, and delivering best-in-class digital experiences.
Prior to Allstate, Lizzie led marketing communications and product development at CareerBuilder.com and began her digital journey at InterCall, where she helped launch the company’s first web conferencing platform.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lizzie brings a deeply personal perspective to her work in advocacy and inclusion. As the parent of a daughter with Cerebral Palsy and epilepsy, she has spent over 25 years navigating the world of disability support, healthcare, and education. Her daughter’s journey—including a life-changing hemispherectomy surgery—has fueled Lizzie’s passion for creating opportunities for children with disabilities and supporting the families who love them.
Lizzie is a dedicated volunteer with Special Olympics and a passionate advocate for inclusive programs that empower youth of all abilities. She brings energy, humor, and a strong sense of purpose to everything she does.
She holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan and an MBA from DePaul University.
